The Origin

Since I had a difficult time with my health around my early twenties, I decided to change my diet to cure myself. Since then, the focus on health became a priority and I decided to open an organic and healthy food store (BioeSfuso in Locarno, Ticino). Along this path I learned the importance of consuming few sugars and, even better, unrefined sugars, as we find them naturally in fruit.

The origin of BioeCacao is due to the opportunity to already collaborate with a chocolate factory present near my store to sell their organic chocolates. Thus combining my sweet tooth for cocoa and dates, BioeCacao, an organic chocolate sweetened with dates, was born.
